We have made the micro model of the infection process of COVID-19 and its protection policies. We have distinguished 6 protection policies as filters of the protection process.As a result of the simulation of the model, we have shown that there exists the bifurcation point of FDI which is the border of the infection explosion. Where FDI is the index of the combination of protection policies. We propose new policies to control FDI under the bifurcation point depending on the simulation result.
